Our ONLINE BOOTCAMP PROGRAMS are monthly programs. You can start fresh every month with new workouts and nutrition guidance. Our bootcamp are workouts consisting of HIIT, strength, barre, kickboxing, and more.
*All our bootcampers are given access to my ONLINE bootcamp platform which includes 5 online workouts a week, nutrition guidance, and accountability.
