How long are the workouts and do I need gym access to complete them?

The workouts are 30-45 minutes long and can be completed in your own home. All you need is a set of dumbbells and optional mini bands to complete the workouts.

What kind of workouts will we be doing?

Each workout is progressively getting you stronger and developing your endurance all the while shredding fat too! We have strength workouts, interval training, and so much more. You will not be bored-you will be Challenged!
