Meet the AMP Coaches

COACH Amanda
Amanda is the owner of AMP Fitness. She is a certified run coach, personal trainer with over 10 years experience. Amanda started AMP with the goal to inspire men, women, and students to achieve their fitness and athletic goals. Whether you are just starting or need a "restart", Amanda wants to come alongside you to help you grow in your overall fitness and athleticism.
Her personal athletic goals are to get stronger and faster in the marathon distance, tackle more ultramarathons and just enjoy training. Her current PRs are 2:54:20 in the Full Marathon and 1:17:32 in the Half Marathon.

Strength and Run Coach Cyreen
Hi, I’m Cyreen! I am an ISSA Certified Run Coach and also work full-time as an investigations manager at a bank. I also have a B.S. in Biology from ASU and a masters degree in Criminal Justice. I am excited for the opportunity to work with AMP Fitness. I began my running and fitness journey in late 2014 and I started from the very bottom; I couldn’t run 1 mile or lift an empty barbell. Once I got started though, I fell in love with all things fitness (well except rowing or burpees). I have run 13 full marathons, including all 6 World Marathon Majors, one triathlon, and countless 5ks/10ks/half marathons, as well as also achieving a BQ and paced several half marathons (1:45-2:30). I want to help others achieve their running goals, whether it is completing their first 5k, setting a PR in the half, or running a BQ. I look forward to helping you find your possible!

I’m Lauren! I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Fitness and nutrition are a huge passion of mine and have been part of my lifestyle for many years! Fitness is fun and I love helping people find joy in it, while also challenging them to be the best version of themselves. Nutrition is often difficult for people and my goal is to make it easier to understand and help people discover what works for them while being consistent. I want you to feel your best inside and out and nutrition/fitness go hand in hand in accomplishing that. Can’t wait to work with you!

Hi I am Coach Kelsey! I am a wife, mom of 2, work full-time in leadership at a bank, and am your go to girl for all things FITNESS! I love coaching and helping people take their next steps in their fitness goals. Can't wait to see you in the gym!
