Shawn
Meet Shawn ! This woman is another level! We started together in January. She came wanting a run coach, strength plan and work on nutrition. She did all that and more. Shawn shows up every week to her runs, strength classes, and watches her nutrition. Overall she has lost 17 lbs, lost body fat and gained muscle!
I asked Shawn to share her races experiences the past 6 months:
Scottsdale half marathon- 2:33:15 (Dec '21). Really hurt after this race. Scottsdale was 11:41 average pace.
January 2022: Started coaching with Amanda
Mesa/PHX Half Marathon - 2:23:51 (10:58 average pace)
RnR San Diego Half Marathon -2:11:07 (10:01 average pace)
Felt great after this race, just tired!
This is all her hard work and being consistent in the gym and on the road! It takes work but you can do it!!

“I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate being a part of the AMP Fitness community. I’ve been in the community for a year now. I started my first Men’s Challenge April 5th, 2021. It has been an amazing journey. I have experienced gains in muscle size and strength as well as exercise endurance all while reducing my body fat percent. The big goal for me in 2021 was to complete a 22-mile rim to rim (south rim to north rim at the Grand Canyon) in October. With your coaching I was able to complete the course in under 8 hours…and I did so while dealing with an extreme fear of heights. Thank you AMP Fitness for getting me there!!”

Mary is an amazing athlete who shows up to her workouts each and every week. I never have to worry that she is not doing the WORK. She lives in Kansas so I coach her virtually. Her consistency in her training gave her an amazing BQ time at the @mesamarathon !! Carmen & Desi
We call these two ladies the DYNAMIC Duo! They both finished our 8 week Nutrition BOOTCAMP and their results were amazing! Both. They show up to our 5am classes and work so hard. They are the REAL DEAL. They show up and put in the work. It shows in their results!! It’s a joy and a privilege to work with these two. Both have lost body fat and inches and gained muscle tone!! I mean look at those backs 🔥🔥💪🏻Our goal now is weight maintenance and gain more muscle tone. As we get older it is so important to focus on that! It’s not all about cardio. It’s about getting enough nutrients and strength training. Put those together and this is what you get!!
Scott
Scott is a dedicated member of Amp. He works hard at every workout. He even did Murph vested by himself in a hot garage because he had to work on Memorial day! He is dedicated!! Scott is training for his first 50k and has accomplished many Spartan races! He joined our Nutritional bootcamp to lose body fat and gain muscle to help take his training to the next level. Scott has lost over 6 lbs!! But most importantly, he has lost over 4% body fat!!! And gained it in Skeletal Muscle!!! And his visceral fat is down 2 points! That is a huge accomplishment in 8 weeks! Scott is an incredible athlete. We are so proud of you
