HYROX Training Club at AMP Fitness

AMP Fitness is proud to be a HYROX Training Club, offering specialized classes that prepare athletes for the physical and mental demands of HYROX racing.

HYROX training challenges more than just strength and endurance. It develops:

  • Movement efficiency and technique

  • Cardiovascular and muscular endurance

  • Strategic pacing and recovery between efforts

  • Mental resilience and focus under fatigue

Athletes learn how to push when it matters, recover efficiently, and adapt to varied functional movements that target the entire body.


Science-Based Training & Recovery

Our training philosophy is rooted in high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and functional fitness, methods proven to improve aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength, power, mobility, and performance. These principles form the foundation of both our general training programs and our HYROX-specific preparation.

Equally important is recovery. Through AMP Renew, we provide intentional recovery solutions that help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, support muscle repair, and keep athletes training consistently and pain-free.
