Follow a plan with a purpose

Every session has a reason.

Workout Programs are structured, multi-week training plans built by AMP Fitness coaches. Instead of a different workout every day with no thread between them, you follow a block that builds week over week toward a specific outcome — more strength, lower body fat, a HYROX finish, or a bigger engine.

They're for people who do better with a map. If you've been showing up but spinning your wheels, a program gives every session a reason: what to lift, how many sets and reps, what tempo, and how it progresses so you keep adapting instead of plateauing.

Where the video library is standalone classes, a program is the long game — coach-designed progression you can run at our Mesa studio or scale down for a home setup, and pair with SHRED macros when you want nutrition pulling in the same direction.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

How long are the programs?+

It varies by goal — most run as multi-week blocks so there's real progression built in. Each program lists its length before you start.

Do I need a full gym?+

No. Programs include scaling options for a home setup as well as the studio, so you can train with what you have.

How is this different from Video Workouts?+

Programs are structured, multi-week plans that progress toward a goal. Video Workouts are standalone classes you pick on the fly. They complement each other well.

I'm new to lifting — is that okay?+

Yes. Every movement includes a demo, and beginner-friendly programs teach the fundamentals before adding load or complexity.

Can I combine a program with studio classes?+

Absolutely. Many members run a program as their strength base and drop into group classes or the video library for variety.
