Red Light Therapy in Mesa, AZ
Low-level red and near-infrared light to support recovery between hard sessions.
Red Light Therapy
Recovery you don't have to endure.
Red light therapy uses low-level red and near-infrared light to reach the tissue just below your skin. It's completely painless — you sit or lie in front of the panel while the light does its work, and there's no heat to tolerate the way there is in a sauna.
Athletes use it because recovery is where progress actually happens. Many members find that regular sessions help with muscle soreness, skin quality, and how quickly they bounce back between hard training days. It pairs naturally with a HYROX block, a heavy strength week, or marathon training.
Red light is part of the AMP Renew recovery suite at our Mesa studio, alongside the cold plunge, infrared sauna, and compression. Stack it onto a recovery visit or book it on its own — sessions are short enough to fit either way.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
What does red light therapy actually do?+
It uses low-level red and near-infrared light to reach the tissue under your skin. People use it to support muscle recovery, soreness, and skin quality. It's a complement to good training, sleep, and nutrition — not a replacement for them.
How long is a session?+
Sessions are short — reach out and we'll walk you through the current session length and how to fit it into your routine.
Does it hurt or feel hot?+
No. Unlike the sauna there's no meaningful heat, and unlike the cold plunge there's nothing to brace for. Most people find it genuinely relaxing.
When should I use it?+
Any time, but it's especially useful after a hard session or during a heavy training block. Many members stack it with the cold plunge or infrared sauna in one recovery visit.
Is it safe? Should I check with a doctor?+
Red light therapy is non-invasive and well tolerated. If you're pregnant, have a light-sensitive condition, or take medication that affects light sensitivity, check with your doctor first.
