Mobility
Yoga Classes in Mesa, AZ
Restore, breathe, and build flexibility — from restorative flows to power vinyasa.

The practice
Move well. Breathe better.
What it is
Our yoga classes move through everything from slow, restorative holds to breath-driven power vinyasa. Each class builds mobility, balance, and quiet strength — a deliberate counterweight to the high-intensity side of training.
Who it's for
Yoga at AMP is for stiff first-timers and dedicated yogis alike. Coaches offer modifications for every pose, so you can go as gentle or as deep as your body wants on any given day.
Why it matters
Recovery and mobility are where progress sticks. A regular yoga practice helps you move better, breathe better, and bounce back faster from the rest of your training.
